Return & Refund Policy – SD Pet Shop

At SD Pet Shop, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order ID) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products after delivery
  • Products without original packaging
  • Perishable items (if applicable)
  • Any item returned after 3 days of delivery

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

⚠️ Note: Customers are advised to record an unboxing video at the time of delivery as proof for any claims.

4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer
  • We do not provide reverse pickup services at this time

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via UPI transfer

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the specified time:

  • Please check your bank/UPI account
